The Puszta is a very large landscape consisting a treeless plain that has been preserved in various national parks. Outside the national parks the former desolate landscape is almost entirely cultivated today. Fortunately, in the national parks you can get an idea of what the puszta was originally both landscape and cultural including the habits of customs and handicrafts.The Puszta itself is located in the area of Biczópuszta. Here you will find a medium sized ranch which you will be driven to by bus. Then following highlights of the day is a horse show with a lot of entertainment. The riders control up to 8 horses at a time. The show itself lasts approx. 30 minutes and after the show there is a possibility for a horse ride as well as a horse-drawn carriage ride around the area. Then you will have your lunch which consists Hungarian specialties.
The experience itself is very original and you avoid the touristy feeling.
